Replacement/Refund Policy

1. Purpose

 

This replacement policy outlines the terms and conditions under which Askari Leads Inc. will provide fresh leads as a replacement for leads purchased from our company. Please note that all sales are final, and cash refunds will not be issued.

 

2. Eligibility

 

If you receive a "junk lead" or encounter any discrepancies with the information provided, you may contact us to initiate a replacement request. Fresh live transfers will be provided as a replacement if your request meets the eligibility criteria on a case-by-case basis.

 

3. Process

 

To request a replacement, please submit a ticket to the customer support team at service@askari-leads.com. We will review your request within a 3-day period. If your request is eligible for a replacement, you will receive a fresh lead of the same quality immediately.

 

4. Exceptions

 

Askari Leads will not provide replacements for leads that:

  • Were purchased more than 10 days ago.
  • Do not meet the eligibility criteria as outlined in this policy and are not considered under the flexibility clause.
